WHO WE ARE

A family run business, brothers Eugene and John Paul O'Neill establish LABCON Building and Civil Engineering Limited specialising in construction and civil works.

 

Eugene  has been involved in the construction and civil engineering industry for over 20 years gaining valuable experience as a Site Engineer, Site Manager and Project Manager in previous roles with large building and civil engineering companies in Ireland and overseas. Eugene is a graduate of LIT in Civil Engineering and UL in Project Management. Eugene also holds qualifications in  I.O.S.H Managing Safety in Construction,  Occupational First Aid, Sign Lighting and Guarding at Roadworks, and Location of Underground Services  (LUGS).

 

John Paul has over 20 years  experience in all sectors of the construction industry, from new  house build projects to working for large building and civil engineering companies. John Pauls experience extends through different tiers of supervision to Site Foreman. John Paul is a qualified carpenter, as well as  holding qualifications in IOSH Managing Safety in Construction, Occupational First Aid, and Location of Underground Services.
